Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.

The order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and the packaging is in the same condition as it was received.
  2. The product shows no signs of careless handling or damage caused by negligence.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

  • Send an email to info@nr1gadgets.nl
  • Make sure the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • First name + last name of the customer
    • Address of the customer

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the product back to the sender. We will provide the correct address once we receive your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.


CANCELLATION POLICY

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, provided you are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to your commercial or professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and a refund is not possible until the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Nr1Gadgets of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email). The cancellation is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


For Items in Transit:

As our goods are shipped from China, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to provide a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (and additional costs incurred if you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive notice of your cancellation and the goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.


IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email before sending it back. This step is essential as we need to provide you with the correct return address.

Please note that full refunds will only be issued once the returned package is received at our central warehouse in China. It is mandatory to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return can be verified. Without the return of the package, we cannot process a full refund.

Additionally, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
